Jason Meyer, Owner
Jason, our fearless leader, open the doors to MOD Properties in September of 2006 with a small portfolio of 200 properties. Jason's dedication and commitment to the ongoing process of mastering property management has fostered the growth of MOD to over 400 doors. As a native to Colorado, Jason and his family of 6 enjoy the active lifestyle Colorado has to offer. They are busy members of their church and community, and spend time supporting several non-profits like Habitat for Humanity, and The Tennyson Center for Children.
Melody Benedetto, Property Manager
Originally from Olongapo City, Philippines, Melody relocated to Honolulu, HI in 2007 and started working in guest services for a full-service destination and event management company. This background in serving customers' needs proved invaluable as she relocated to Dallas, TX to work as a site manager for one of the country's largest self-storage companies. Her customer service skills led her to be recruited to join a top 20 multifamily management company as a leasing agent in 2013 thus beginning her career in property management. Melody is a mother to two rambunctious boys, a hyper german shepherd, and a diva cat. She enjoys paddleboarding, baking, and being a self-proclaimed foodie.
Tom Alderman, Director of maintenance operations
Tom joined our team a couple of years ago and has been an incredible addition. He brings with him 15 years of experience in multi-family and commercial maintenance. Tom was born in Seoul, S. Korea, but was raised just outside of Flint, Michigan. He received his BS from Michigan State University before relocating to Colorado in 2006. Tom loves how easily he can escape the hustle and bustle of city life, and head to the Rockies for some camping, fishing, and fresh mountain air.
